Here at Fred. Olsen we offer graduate schemes, during your graduate placement, you will receive support throughout their training, with a dedicated mentor and regular one-one sessions with talented colleagues.
To ensure you have a wide experience of both industry and the Fred. Olsen business, this 24-month programme has been divided into four separate phases. These phases are designed to give you many different experiences within a global company.
Phase One
In the first module you will be engaging in a number of activities that will give you a good starting point and foundation for your future with Fred. Olsen. You will be meeting key people within the business to learn about their specific areas and disciplines.
Phase Two
This module will provide you with a wide variety of experience in different work environments. During this phase you will be completing a Case Study, attending off site training, Ship visit and a secondment visit.
Phase Three
During this module we will continue to provide you with new learning process and experiencing different situations with additional new skill sets.
Phase Four
During this final phase you will have the opportunity to spend time with the HR team, this is to help you appreciate and understand their role in Fred. Olsen's success.
