We’re thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Sian Elder from our Eastbourne branch and Rosie Nial from our Framlingham branch, who have both successfully completed their Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship—earning distinctions!
Over the past year, Sian and Rosie have dedicated themselves to mastering the skills and expertise required to excel as Retail Travel Consultants. Working alongside our experienced teams, they’ve gained invaluable real-world experience, delivering exceptional service to our customers while receiving expert guidance from our retail apprenticeship provider, AS Training, and our Travel Academy mentors.
Sian has gone above and beyond, not only excelling in her apprenticeship but also achieving a CLIA Masters certification, making her a cruise specialist!
Beyond their studies, both have embraced every opportunity within our Academy—attending industry events, visiting cruise ships, and travelling abroad to experience the products we offer firsthand.
