This innovative initiative aims to introduce newcomers to the dynamic world of retail travel by providing tailored training programmes. Designed for individuals with transferable skills from retail, customer service, and sales backgrounds, the Academy offers comprehensive training covering topics such as legislation, sustainability, and industry insights.
Participants in the Travel Academy can expect immersive learning experiences, including weekly training sessions, engaging webinars, and hands-on opportunities to explore cruise ships and attend industry conferences. Fred. Olsen Travel offers Travel Consultant apprenticeships, providing learners with the opportunity to earn while they learn and work towards a recognised qualification equivalent to A levels.
